Can be integrated with Customer Portal to manage all types of complaints. It provides for the qualitative analysis in case of returned products or consistency or competence in case of complaints not related to the product. Integrated with Non-Compliance to track actions and activities following the complaint.
Controls, in Reception, Production and Finals
With management of Features, Classes, Lots, Sample Plans, Free-pass, Skip-lot. Predisposed interface with management for the acquisition of Orders and DDT, for the return of information for the handling of the warehouse.
Also integrated with the Logistic Management Solution for the automatic handling of goods.
Exceptions
Integrated with the Control modules. On products in pilot acceptance, derogations by product quantity, time period or number of deliveries, providing alerts and information during the control phase. An approval process is foreseen in the formalization of the derogation.
Supplier Assessment
Present (Supply Quality Index, Delivery Index, Delivery Time Index, Material Criticality Index) and configurable a series of evaluation indicators that acquire information from the other modules of the Solution (Controls, Non-Compliance, Audit) and from the company management. The indexes can be assembled independently to provide ratings on different classes of supply. Automatic processing and sending of information to the Supplier and within the organization.
Tools
Complete with Instrument Master Data, Calibration Cycles, Intervention Planning, Event Management (Calibrations, Repairs, Loans, Suspensions), Traceability of the measurements made. Integration with the Controls module to launch alarms for un-calibrated or to be calibrated instruments.
Quality Costs
It can be interfaced with all processes of the solution to report the costs incurred for each action involving personnel, components and other material for the elimination of Non-Compliance, Complaints or other System activities.
Different types of analysis can be structured, on which it is possible to develop Quality or Non-Quality indicators.
Inspections, suppliers, internal, customers
It allows you to structure check-lists into several sectors, giving a value and weight to each one, in order to obtain a final evaluation. Provided for an approval process for each type of Visit, register of visits carried out filterable by subject, sending the results within the organization and to the evaluated subject, coupling of Non Conformity or Corrective Actions to manage the actions following the results.
