Basic
Common for all modules of the solution, it contains Master Data, User Profiling and Security, System Setup, Maintenance Plans, Activity Calendars.
Equipped with interfaces designed to acquire master data and management data for the completion of the Asset Register.
Maintenance plans
To define for each Asset the ordinary maintenance plan, its frequency (cyclical, seasonal, machine counter), the list of checks to be carried out and the spare parts and consumables foreseen (to be confirmed or not during the activity phase). Possible to specify any mandatory tools or PPE for the intervention.
Intervention requests
Recallable from portal or via Internet/intranet, to describe machinery and failure, with the possibility to insert images and/or accompanying documents, provide evidence of the status of the request and the interchange messaging.
Maintenance
For the Activity Balance Sheet, it adapts to both the Scheduled Maintenance Plan (automatic generation of Maintenance Orders) and on-demand Interventions (automatic generation of Intervention Reports). Contengono il riepilogo delle attività e dei ricambi utilizzati. They form the basis for carrying out periodic cost analyses and calculating indicators on assets.
Company Assets Register
It constitutes the computer repository of all data and information on assets under maintenance, filterable by customer or operating unit.
It aggregates statistics on interventions and functional indexes, linked to maintenance costs or to the efficiency of the Assets.
Warehouse spare parts
Interfaces with the management system. It allows you to manage the entry of spare parts, labeling and their allocation to spare parts warehouse or mobile service unit. According to the processing of the programs commits the materials and print pick lists. Tablet interface or terminals to guide the picking of spare parts and automate the assignment and unloading of stock.
The minimum stock and reorder lot parameters allow to inform when the spare part is underwritten and prepare the reorder.
It interfaces with the Quality Solution Controls module, to guide the material handling during acceptance control.

Tools
To manage the instrumentation to support maintenance or assigned to mobile units.
Complete with Instrument Master Data, Calibration Cycles, Intervention Planning, Event Management (Calibrations, Repairs, Loans, Suspensions), Traceability of the measurements made. Integration with the Controls module to launch alarms for un-calibrated or to be calibrated instruments.
Activity Reports
It contains the Activity and Absence Summary, Vacation/Access Requests/Leaving Requests/etc.
It integrates through an interface with the management system for the import of orders/orders on which to finalize the activities.

Employees' Dossier
