Common denominator for all solution modules, it contains Personal Data, User Profiling and Security, System Setup, Maintenance Plans, and Activity Calendars.
Equipped with interfaces designed to acquire personal data and management information aimed at completing the Asset Register.


Maintenance Plans

To define for each asset the regular maintenance plan, its frequency (cyclical, seasonal, machine counter), the list of checks to be performed, and the expected spare parts and consumables (to be confirmed or not during the activity). It is possible to specify any mandatory tools or PPE required for the intervention.


Intervention Requests

Accessible via portal or Internet/intranet, to describe the machinery and the fault, with the possibility to attach images and/or supporting documents, providing evidence of the request status and exchange messaging.



For the recording of activities, it adapts to both those derived from the scheduled Maintenance Plan (automatic generation of Maintenance Orders) and on-demand Interventions (automatic generation of Intervention Reports). They contain a summary of the activities and spare parts used. They form the basis for conducting periodic cost analyses and calculating indicators on the Assets.


Company Asset Register

Serves as the digital repository for all data and information on assets under maintenance, filterable by customer or operational units.
Links statistics on interventions and functional indices, connected to maintenance costs or asset efficiencies.


Spare Parts Warehouse

Interfaceable with the management system. It allows managing the entry of spare parts, labeling, and their assignment to the spare parts warehouse or a mobile service unit. Based on program processing, it allocates materials and prints picking lists. Tablet or terminal interfaces guide the picking of spare parts and automate the assignment and warehouse discharge phase.
Thanks to minimum stock and reorder lot parameters, it alerts when the spare part is below stock and prepares the reorder.
It interfaces with the Controls module of the Quality Solution to guide material handling during the acceptance inspection phase.

Optional modules



To manage the instrumentation supporting maintenance or assigned to mobile units.
Complete with Instrument Records, Calibration Cycles, Intervention Planning, Event Management (Calibrations, Repairs, Loans, Suspensions), and Traceability of measurements performed. Integration with the Controls module to trigger alarms for the use of uncalibrated or to-be-calibrated instruments.


Activity Reports

Contains the recording of activities and absences, and requests for vacations/permits/etc.
It integrates via an interface with management systems for importing Orders/Jobs on which to record the activities.


Workers Dossier

Serves as the digital repository for all employee data and information. It can contain personal data, contractual data, roles, skills, assigned equipment, assigned Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), role evaluations, etc.
